曼谷残障人跳河抗议彩票配额措施不公 10人被捕

泰国残障人协会200多名代表8日上午在国务院大门外聚集请愿，抗议彩票配额措施对残障人士不公平，希望面见财政部助理部长巴迪。但等到内阁会议结束，巴迪仍不肯露面，让残障协会代表极其不满，多名示威者纵身跳进国务院旁边一条浅河中，被警方救起后带走。

2 ~2 v4 f8 R% z, i 据泰国媒体报道，残障协会代表8日堵塞国务院大门示威，曼谷第1警署指挥官威猜少将前来要求示威者退回猜迈目拉切桥一带的请求也被拒绝。警方只好最后通牒，如果示威者仍不服从，将按紧急状态法逮捕示威者。同时调度囚车和出动两个连的JC来到现场戒备。期间威猜少将与示威人群领袖用手提电话沟通，但示威领袖不愿听从。后来参与示威的残障人多数撤离了国务院大门一带，但还有一名领袖站在河边宣称，如警方对示威的残障人采取行动，就跳进河里。2 m5 q3 V6 O; u( R" C

到了约2时半，JC将示威人群驱离至猜迈玛录切桥，威猜少将要求示威者按原先计划前往与财政部助理部长见面，否则就按违反紧急事态法予以拘捕。至2点40分左右，JC成功拘捕了10名示威领袖，示威者才散去。 |
