[p=30, 2, left]6月12日，天朝福利彩票开出大奖，一位北京彩民独揽5.7亿元，引起轰动。事件虽引起人们对福彩的关注，但很少有人知道每年有数十亿元彩票公益金进入社保基金，补其空账。记者日前获悉，最快从明年起，进入社保基金的彩票公益金的比例有望扩大，随之而来的是彩票销售机构发行费的减少。[/p]( D9 Q, t( O- `
这将是2002年彩票发行费从20%调整为15%以来的第一次调整。财政部早前发布文件称将“适度降低彩票发行费比例”。而知情人透露，这一系统内议论多年的变化，有望在今年年底变成现实，不过此次下调幅度不会超过5%。
