陈律师透露，他每天下班后就到圣淘沙DC去玩百家乐，每天玩上三四个小时。

陈律师坚信，有执照贷款公司需要好好管制，由于借贷非常容易，导致许多低收入小市民为应付生计，越借越多，但是却没能力还，最后酿成社会悲剧，如：坠楼、家破人亡等等。+ m$ |$ Q. Z0 @* k- s2 g" |7 ~
% E& [$ i. k; l" j) } d8 O他认为，当局或可考虑设立一个机构来解决低收入小市民和贷款公司之间的债务问题，制造双赢。
