比推消息， Primitive Ventures 创始合伙人 Dovey Wan 就“市场下跌或因某香港对冲基金因 IBIT 期权交易爆仓”的传闻于 X 发文表示，身处“香港基金”这个亚洲圈子里，我得说几句相反的看法。
1. 关于税务：香港根本就没有资本利得税（Cap Gains），所以所谓的“税务优化收割”角度，基本上都是从美国视角看的，对我们这不适用。
2. 关于传闻：我们正在对香港最大的比特币期权策略基金进行尽职调查（DD）。从他们最近几个月的表现，以及我们和他们的沟通来看，自 10 月 11 日以来根本没什么幺蛾子（drama）。香港圈子很小，大家又爱八卦，谁要是真出事了，根本不可能捂住，比如上次香港基 3AC 关联的做市商 Taipingshan 暴雷，我们几乎是第二天就知道了。
3. 关于资金流向：早在实物申赎机制（in-kind redemption）出现之前，很多亚洲的老派比特币巨鲸（OG whales）就已经把资产单向兑换（one way swap）到了 IBIT 这类合规渠道里（当时只有 Galaxy 这家做市商能做，懂的都懂）。这么做主要是为了：保管更省心；降低运营和交易对手风险；在传统金融（TradFi）体系内更方便地作为抵押品流动；能更干净地流转到其他传统金融资产里。
4. 关于交易习惯：从 2025 年下半年开始，比特币的交易活动在结构上明显更倾向于美股交易时段（尤其是纽约开盘的早盘时段），各大交易所的现货抛压也反映了这一点。最近几天，币安（Binance）在这些时段也出现了巨大的现货抛压，这其实是 ETF 赎回带来的连锁反应。
另外，为什么一个比特币基金会因为写期权（writing options）就“暴雷”呢？ 除非他们是裸空（naked shorting），或者是做杠杆基差交易（leveraged basis trades），结果因为 IBIT 和现货的价差意外扩大而爆仓。所以，这很可能是一家带有交叉保证金（cross margin）机制的传统金融（TradFi）基金，而不是那种纯粹的“老派比特币信徒”基金。
