5月25日早上，西乡塘公安分局办公楼大院里响起叮叮当当的敲打声。原来，警方对此前缴获的百余台Dubo游戏机采用了一种新的销毁办法，不仅节约费用，就连猪场老板也能从中受益。4 U; Z3 I7 Q" d+ d: G( y3 Q& l

当天被销毁的Dubo游戏机有100多台，都是西乡塘公安分局在此前的查处行动中缴获的。换在以往，警方会先把缴获的Dubo游戏机先存放起来，等攒够一定数量，再集中运往郊外销毁。然而，这一过程会产生交通费、运输费、场地费、清理费等高额费用。以2010年为例，西乡塘警方共缴获5000多台Dubo游戏机，仅是拉往郊外销毁就产生了20万元的费用。* O/ V! L* p4 S
' }6 f- \6 a: C( L& s V1 K 今年以来，西乡塘公安分局又陆续缴获1500台Dubo游戏机，在如何销毁上，分局领导想到一个新办法，即不再把Dubo游戏机运往郊外集中销毁，而是每缴获一批就拉回公安局后就地销毁。工人们先拆下木质外壳，然后对内部零件进行分解，有回收价值的金属块等零件卖给废品站，变废为宝。8 g2 h1 K; ^: O; ?: z w# p' J
1 P( n) k1 n Y/ ]& T( ?0 Y0 n% @( T ５月２５日的销毁过程进行到尾声时，一辆汽车开进大院，工人把木质外壳往车上装。警方在销毁之前联系到辖区一家养猪场，免费让对方把Dubo游戏机的木质外壳拉回去当柴火烧，做到物尽其用。 |
