橘子含有丰富的果酸和维生素C，服用维生素K、磺胺类药物、安体舒通和补钾药物时，均应忌食橘子。7 l* U0 L1 }3 ?1 `5 c

阴虚体质者少吃

不与萝卜同食
3 P9 O( `6 L; t, e7 s1 S1 `' U+ I萝卜进入人体后，会迅速产生一种叫硫酸盐的物质，并很快代谢产生一种抗甲状腺的物质硫氰酸。若这时进食橘子，橘子中的类黄酮物质会在肠道被分解，而转化成羟苯甲酸和阿魏酸，它们可以加强硫氰酸对甲状腺的抑制作用，影响甲状腺功能。
