2010年10月，广东省中山市石岐区仙湖正街的一家体彩彩站和一家福彩彩站在夜间同时被盗，损失各1万多元。当地福彩工作人员称，中山市只有个别彩站由于地理位置的原因，曾经发生过盗窃案件。“那个彩站在中山和珠海的交界处，是个两不管地带，管理状况比较混乱，曾经被偷盗过。”

1月22日上午8时许，店员林女士开门准备营业，突然发现挂在墙壁上的液晶电视不见了。“门锁都是好好的，电视怎么没了？”林女士立即打电话给老板，并报了警。% m3 L# v3 y+ B/ g, @
记者在现场看到，墙上窗户被撬坏，一根钢筋被撬没了，百叶窗的木条被丢在地面，窗外是楼梯。2 c% G& s! i& s+ N8 H
“小偷就是从这里撬窗爬进来的。”林女士指着窗户说，除了门这是唯一进出口，小偷应该是凌晨作案。! x( o9 m: p; S( x; d2 W' u9 O& V

分析：彩站的被盗案件多发生在深夜，如果从全年来看，春节前是彩站被偷盗、抢劫的高发时段。“春节前，人员流动量大，同时单位和个人都在筹备过节，各方面管理相对薄弱，使一些不法分子有了可乘之机。”业内人士李青建议，春节前，彩站周围的商铺会陆续停业，彩站站主一定要加强防范。同时，在销售结束后，要尽快锁好门窗，收好现金和财物，避免抢劫事件的发生。
5 T# m: a# p6 e% B. E% w, P 教你一招：石岐区公安分局指挥中心民警给出了具体的建议，站主根据彩站的自身情况，选择安装防盗铁栅栏、摄像头，或者电子报警设备。电子报警设备能够和各公安分局指挥中心联网，一旦彩站被撬，除了周围能听到报警声，警方也可立刻接收到报警。据了解，该设备每月维护费用为100到150元。 |
