我是天策的老会员，基本没有投诉过任何公司，愿赌服输，但是存的钱没有了真实非常气愤，玩家真弱势，咨询明升半天：去年存款账号他们注销了，我说当时你们账号一直在用，事情是这样的，我大概有半年多没有登陆明升，因为出些事情吃国家饭。去年当时转账到明升的工商银行账号1500元，名字是英文字母，相信玩过明升的都很清楚吧。今天我登陆明升账号，发现账号不能登陆被冻结，咨询后才知道是长期没有登陆的缘故。下面直接发对话吧。
