比推消息，据前美国证券交易委员会（SEC）互联网执法办公室主任 John Reed Stark 在社交媒体上的最新披露，Binance 在其与美国司法部（DOJ）和金融罪行执法网络（FinCEN）的认罪协议中，作出了一系列前所未有的合规承诺。这些承诺包括建立新的程序来处理政策、程序和内部控制、客户和第三方关系、反规避控制、定期审查、适当的监督和独立性、培训和指导、全面报告和调查、执行和纪律以及监测、测试和审计等方面。
Binance 的这些新合规承诺被视为咨询公司的理想清单，其实施和执行预计将耗资数千万甚至数亿美元。同时，DOJ 合规监察员的职责范围广泛且全面，其仅概述 Binance 义务的文档就长达 13 页。Binance 的合规监察将由 DOJ 的刑事部门、洗钱和资产回收科、国家安全部门、反情报和出口控制科以及华盛顿西区的美国检察官办公室共同监督。
此外，Binance 必须促进监察员对公司的访问，提供所有合理要求的信息、文件、记录、设施和员工。在某些情况下，监察员甚至可以选择不向 Binance 报告其发现。特别是，当潜在不当行为涉及到美国国家安全、公共健康或安全、环境风险、高层管理、司法妨碍或其他重大风险时，监察员必须直接向政府报告，而不是 Binance。
