全球中央银行机构国际清算银行(BIS)声称，之前指出的那些加密货币的弱点现在都已经基本实现。BIS总经理AgustinCarstens认为所有投资者是无法抗拒重力的，在某些时候，大家真的必须面对显示。
BIS关于加密弱点
国际清算银行(BIS)警告说，去中心化数字货币的危险正在成为现实。国际清算银行在其周二发布的年度经济报告中解释说，加密货币市场的抛售以及加密货币terra(LUNA)和算法稳定币terrausd(UST)的崩溃是加密货币结构性问题的指标。
“结构缺陷使加密货币世界不适合作为货币体系的基础：它缺乏稳定的名义锚，而其可扩展性的限制导致碎片化。与权力下放的说法相反，加密货币通常依赖于构成金融风险的不受监管的中介机构，”BIS报告中写道。
BIS总经理AgustinCarstens周二在接受路透社采访时表示，如果没有政府支持的可以使用税收资助的准备金的机构，任何形式的资金最终都缺乏可信度。他认为：我认为之前指出的所有这些弱点都已基本实现。国际清算银行高管继续说道：“你就是无法抗拒重力……在某些时候，你真的必须面对音乐。”Carstens认为，加密市场的崩溃不会像不良贷款引发全球金融危机那样导致系统性危机。
他详述：根据我们所知道的，它应该是非常易于管理的。但是，有很多事情我们不知道。国际清算银行高管继续谈论中央银行数字货币(CBDC)。在5月发布的一份报告中，国际清算银行表示，全球10家中央银行中有9家正在探索自己的数字货币。

本周，BIS创新中心宣布了其欧洲系统中心项目将探索加密货币市场，而国际清算银行称，“许多稳定币和去中心化金融(defi)借贷平台的崩溃也显示了评估其风险和经济潜力的难度，”BIS称：“该项目的目标就是创建一个开源市场情报平台，其目的就是阐明市值、经济活动和金融稳定风险。”
