严格控制菠菜次数，一天一场，或者2场，无论输赢，尤其是输钱了，不再二存复仇，菠菜次数，犹如房事，不可多，多了，要毙命！古代皇帝很多都是这样死的。另外，据我推测，去现场（澳门）赌的，99%以上都属于不自律的赌徒。. p/ N& _5 J: t- d% k

1 V0 m. s$ Q# d* q( _生命是在于运动，一天到晚，对着电脑，不运动，会生很多的病，颈椎，腰间盘突出，痔疮等，这些都是菠菜群里的老哥们常说的病，年纪轻轻的，都生这些病，因为缺乏运动
