秋冬季节，很多人都会觉得手脚冰凉，特别怕冷，原因是人的新陈代谢减慢，再加上自然界温度降低，人体血管收缩、血液回流能力就会减弱，使手脚特别是指（趾）尖部分血液循环不畅，导致手脚总感觉冰凉。手脚冰凉只是一种症状，可以通过一些方法自己来防范。! Z+ e% [) d) I9 q! z" Y; a; k7 z, R
心平气和：调整心态避免精神紧张或情绪激动，对防止手脚冰凉有一定作用。研究证实，当情绪激动时，手的温度很快会下降3～6摄氏度，平静后便可恢复。# G3 A c# _: |7 {& Q) X
( w/ }/ N. I' ~
合理饮食：# e2 a$ N* B- i( _ ]8 T
可适当多食羊肉、狗肉、牛肉、鹿肉等温性食品；花生等坚果也可以帮助身体产生热量、促进血液循环，也可常食之；也可在医生指导下，服用些强身健体的中药，如人参、鹿茸、蜂王浆等，增强机体抗寒能力。
; V& ~& ]6 X1 g* `& A q# X保暖防寒：选择合适的保暖品、鞋袜，如布底绒里棉鞋和毛巾袜，既暖和又舒适；鞋内最好放鞋垫，并经常更换保持干燥。手除了左右手经常互相摩搓外，还要注意戴较宽松的手套，太紧不利于血液循环。- P% J+ v2 d$ V

体育锻炼：: l, B: T; V0 F+ o. |, U3 F
可以通过打太极拳、步行、慢跑、爬楼梯、健身舞等全方位锻炼。如手冰凉，上肢的活动量应大些，如果脚冰凉，下肢活动量应大些，通过加强对手脚的锻炼，可改善手脚冰凉的症状。打太极拳可以让全身各个部位运动起来，促进血液循环，是保持手脚温暖最好的方法。同时锻炼要经常化，才能收到明显的疗效。) Y. T+ C% V2 W+ ~

. P( l; d- X( d按摩的部位有：心俞穴，按揉36次，左转18次，右转18次。这个部位自己够不着可请别人帮助；肾俞穴，两侧各按揉36次，每一侧都是18次。按揉气冲穴，在穴位的下边有根跳动的动脉，先揉气冲穴，然后按揉跳动的动脉处。一松一按，交替进行，一直揉到腿脚有热气下流的感觉为止；揉搓涌泉穴以感觉到热为限度，再搓揉脚趾，特别是大脚趾头第二节的几根汗毛的地方，叫“三毛穴”，要多揉搓，然后稍用力捏3～5下。% H4 H7 f( F# h

热水泡脚：
' j3 C {) \) R% P1 ?可在每天晚上用热水泡泡脚，也可以切些生姜片，用开水冲泡，待水温稍热，脚缓慢放入，泡上15～20分钟，可以加快血液循环速度，还可消除疲劳，助于安眠。
