. |# [6 Y& S" _! N: p2 i4 L. z' s- {[/b] 据河南省福利彩票发行中心相关负责人介绍，根据《彩票管理条例》的相关规定，大奖得主应当自开奖之日起60个工作日，持中奖彩票及本人身份证到位于郑州市晨旭路8号的河南省福利彩票发行中心办理兑奖手续。并根据《个人所得税法》的有关规定，按照20%的个人偶然所得税计算，缴纳约为5160万的税款。如果巨奖得主进行慈善捐款，其个人应缴税额将有所减免。该税收将归大奖诞生地驻马店。
