“我只是一个打工的，只是负责运营，发奖金、招人都是王总定。”昨日，在沙坪坝区法院的审判厅里，作为开设“万博”Dubo网站赢利的第一被告创想游戏工作室的严经理将自己称为一名“打工者”，而主谋是王某（另案处理）。 [b]市民举报Dubo网站 [/b] 今年2月，一市民向警方举报“万博”网站涉及网上Dubo。警方调查发现，沙坪坝区曾家镇的“创想游戏工作室”负责该网站日常维护，同时锁定了该游戏工作室经理严某、技术服务人员杜某、川渝地区代理陈某等重要嫌疑人。“5·6”集中收网行动中，该Dubo网站41名嫌疑人先后落网。 昨日上午9点半，24岁的严某作为第一被告出庭受审。他称，2008年4月，他应聘到王某所在的一家科技公司就职。2008年12月，王某出资开设“万博”Dubo网站，由严某负责“创想游戏工作室”的工作。 [b]关键赌局你赢不了 [/b] 而警方曾查明，严某从境外购买Dubo软件，后又授意犯罪嫌疑人杜某租用境外服务器作为Dubo的网络平台。 检方指控，严某负责创想工作室全面工作，其下又分运营、网络技术维护。同时还有专职的陪赌人员。至案发时“万博”Dubo网络共发展各级代理501人次、赌客3037人次。 严某在庭上表示，输赢不会对陪赌人员的收入造成影响。警方表示，网络Dubo没有公正性可言，如赌大小，平时它可能正常开，但当它接到一个很大的投注，输不起的时候，它自动开出来的结果绝对是你输，这在技术上操作很简单。 今年1月1日至3月18日，“万博”Dubo网络共下注99万余次。该Dubo网站仅抽水就获利176.8万余元。而犯罪嫌疑人王某至开设该Dubo网络以来，涉案金额高达8600万元。
