双色球提前冲关200亿 55期头奖518注同比增104注

在近日召开的全省“社会养老服务体系建设推进年暨‘广东扶贫济困日’活动”工作会议上，广东省民政厅要求全省民政部门加大养老服务经费的投入，以及福利彩票公益金对养老事业的支持力度。省级福彩公益金每年按不低于50%的比例集中使用于社会养老服务体系建设，各地公益金按不低于这一比例集中投放到养老服务体系建设上。据悉，在“十二五”期间，广东将持续开展“社会养老服务体系建设推进年”活动，大力推动全省社会养老服务体系建设。计划到2015年，建成以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为支撑的社会养老服务体系。将省、市、县、镇、村五级城乡养老服务设施全部纳入建设范围，全面促进“敬老爱老助老工程”。
$ {; u: E% P6 O+ B- k% `* c: H广州市民政局近日修订并实施了《广州市民办社会福利机构资助办法》，大幅提高了民办社会福利机构运营资助和新增床位资助标准。对于社会福利机构通过购买、新建、改建而增加的床位，每张新增床位的资助标准从每年1000元提高到3000元。租赁场地每张新增床位的资助标准则提高到2000元。新增床位最长资助期为5年，所需资金由市财政和市社会福利彩票公益金按5:5比例分担给予资助。 |
