骗子演“双簧”卖假彩票 上百群众被“忽悠”

日前，徐闻县龙塘镇发生一起骗子利用虚假的即开型彩票诈骗群众事件,导致上百名群众受骗。
; Y+ ~! ^ R- [( E5 \8 d4月12日恰逢龙塘镇墟日,当天早上7时,该镇农贸市场的门口突然竖起两个帐篷,10多名男子在帐篷内卖起了“即开型国家福利彩票”。据了解,彩票一张卖50元,第一次购买中奖奖金是200元。如果第一次购买不中奖,第二次购买中奖的话奖金翻一倍400元。第二次仍然不中再购买的话,奖金又翻一倍变成800元。如此类推,购买次数越多奖金越高。
0 e: F3 @" Y, x9 ]9 F此时,一名男子掏出50元购买了一张彩票后,刮开中了200元高兴地领取奖金走了。不久,又有一名看上去40多岁的“老农”开着一辆破摩托车来到现场。那名“老农”花300元先后购买了6张彩票,最后一次中奖得到6400元。在接下来的两个多小时里,先后又有10名年轻“后生仔”和上年纪农民打扮的男子或走路或开摩托来现场购买彩票。那些人都刮中了几百元到几千元的奖金。每一个人中奖时无一例外都在现场大声起哄宣扬,说如何如何容易中奖,煽动群众快点掏钱购买。据统计,当天上午上百群众受此诱惑,花掉2万多元却无一中奖。' \! C K6 u# g; g; y' T4 F
那么骗子是如何利用假彩票进行诈骗的呢?据一个曾经参与过此类诈骗行为的“圈内人”透露,这些骗子兜售的所谓的“即开型国家福利彩票”,都是他们找地下印刷厂制作的假彩票。而所谓的“中奖者”,都是他们经过伪装的同伙,就是所谓的“托儿”。 |
