新快报讯 记者 陆妍思 通讯员 曾照畅 报道 2月29日上午，2012年广东省体育彩票工作会议在广州闭幕。记者从会上获悉，去年广东省体育彩票总销量达94.73亿元，再创历史销量新高，同比增长19.63亿元，增幅达26.14%，全年共筹集公益金24.06亿元，代收代缴彩民中奖所得税1.92亿元。由于业绩突出，广东体彩近日获得由国家体彩中心颁发的“销售突出贡献奖”、“销售增长奖”、“市场增长奖”三项表彰。6 c9 n# h% Y$ X
除了总结去年成绩，会议还全面部署了2012年广东体彩各项工作。据透露，广东体彩今年主要工作措施有：全面贯彻、精心部署，推进转变体育彩票发展方式；坚持依法治彩，加强规范管理，提高安全运营能力；坚持“四轮驱动”，注重市场培育，提升玩法品牌和竞争力；推进网点升级改造和标准化管理，巩固扩大渠道规模，增强质量和效益；强化机构队伍，做大县域市场，提升协调发展能力；加强品牌建设，提升体彩公信、公益形象。会议还对2011年全省体彩系统先进单位及个人进行了表彰。

- Z. B# k/ S* a& W' P6 v 专程与会的国家体彩中心主任王卫东充分肯定了广东体彩近年来所取得的优异成绩，并对广东体彩出色的工作及其对全国体彩发展所作的贡献表示感谢。他强调，广东体彩要取得科学发展，要全面落实《彩票管理条例实施细则》，提升安全运营水平；要加强市场培育，促进玩法销量上新台阶；要继续优化基础工作，确保彩票事业可持续发展；要大力推行体彩文化建设，增强发展的精神动力。

. I3 r7 [4 l6 W) z: Y( r! u 会上，广东省体育局局长杨迺军表示，“广东体彩2011年工作出色，再创新高，值得表扬”。在肯定成绩的同时，他也为广东体彩“把脉”，指出工作中存在的差距和问题，他提出广东体彩要实现新的发展，一定要紧紧围绕转变发展方式来思考科学发展问题，不仅要以新的认识、新的思路、新的举措来促进体彩工作，还要将转变发展方式体现在提高发展质量的工作成效上来，用实践来检验成果。为此，要做到以下几点：明确目标、坚定信心；解放思想，开拓创新；创新体制，激活机制；突出重点，集中突破。 |
