, z0 |- x: P% w r 如果以去年天朝彩票销售额一千亿元为计，北京大学天朝公益彩票事业研究所执行所长王薛红认为：“非法赌资的数额可能达到一万亿元。”正是因为如此庞大的数据，今年有政协委员提议：“我国大部分博彩业资金都通过各种渠道流向国外，我国应该尽早开放博彩。”1 O/ d6 X7 W* Y$ T; {/ n; R
尽管国内已经有合法的彩票，但王薛红认为彩票并不是为赌球而设计，“赌球是真正玩赔率的游戏，并且赔率随着赛事变化而变化，有很多兴奋的因素在内。此外，现在一些境外赌球集团还给用户提供了多种优惠措施，比如说允许赊账等，这些也很有吸引力。”因此，王薛红认为，在足坛打黑后，天朝应该逐步放开博彩业，实现博彩合法化。 |
