为丰富清算路径并提升跨网转账效率，Visa 计划把四种稳定币接入其网络，这些代币分布在四条不同公链、锚定两类法币，并可在系统内兑换为25种以上的传统货币。 与稳定币挂钩的Visa卡极速成长Visa CEO Ryan McInerney 在第四财季电话会上称，本季与稳定币挂钩的Visa卡消费额较去年同期增长约4倍。他回顾，自 2020 年起，Visa已撮合逾 1400 亿美元的加密与稳定币相关流量，其中用户用Visa购买的加密与稳定币超 1000 亿美元。在落地层面，Visa已在40多个国家推动130+ 项稳定币挂钩发卡计划，并开始为银行提供自铸与销毁稳定币（mint/burn）的能力。此前 9 月，公司还上线跨境结算稳定币试点，为企业提供更快的跨境收付选项。

P2 e1 ]9 dMcInerney 表示，美国就美元锚定代币明确监管框架后，稳定币的应用前景愈发清晰，Visa将继续与行业伙伴合作把这类能力融入主流支付。 稳定币总成交额超过 Visa 一半美国风险投资公司a16z在早前发布报告指出，2025 年传统金融全面进入加密时代，Visa 与花旗、摩根士丹利等机构一道，开始或计划面向消费者直接提供加密资产服务，把“买、卖、持有”纳入现有账户与支付体系。支付侧的最大推力来自稳定币：过去一年稳定币总成交额达 46 万亿美元（去除那些虚假或重复的链上交易活动则为 9 万亿美元），前者几乎是 Visa 年度结算额的三倍，后者也已超过 Visa 的一半，显示链上美元在跨境、低费率、秒级结算上的优势正被主流采纳。 为巩固地位，Visa正对接多链稳定币与合规基础设施、推进稳定币挂钩卡计划，让用户在熟悉的卡网络上获得链上资金的可达性与流动性。与此同时，交易所交易产品（ETP）带动的机构资金入场，进一步扩大了加密与传统清算网络的“互通需求”。整体看，Visa正从单一卡组织，转型为连接传统金融与链上资产的枢纽，其策略主线是：以稳定币为桥，以合规为锚，以网络覆盖为放大器。
