渝北警方破获特大团伙Dubo案 抓23人

据介绍，今年6月底，渝北警方接群众举报称，两路一带有一个以唐某和伍某为首的Dubo团伙，常纠集数十人在一起聚赌，涉及赌资金额巨大。/ J% z9 ^7 Q% @# z& o+ d, G

接到举报后，渝北公安分局责成分局治安支队成立专案组。专案组通过大量摸排和走访调查，终于摸清了该Dubo团伙人员组成及经常聚众Dubo的窝点。随即，专案组马上着手准备对该团伙进行收网。然而，在7月初专案组组织的两次抓捕行动，都因该团伙聚众Dubo窝点临时变更而使行动不得不终止。7月7日下午，专案组民警再次获悉该团伙当天可能在渝北某小区租赁房内聚众Dubo。得到此信息后，专案组民警立即前往该小区及周边蹲守布控。当晚10时左右，已有十余人陆续进入小区内的某租赁房。为将参赌人员一网打尽，专案组民警一直耐心蹲守。子夜时分，见收网时机已到，专案组负责人一声令下，民警迅速冲进租赁房内，控制住现场的参赌人员。赌徒抱头蹲下，乖乖就范。通过现场清点，民警收缴涉案赌资22万余元，抓获涉赌违法人员23人。& T' w3 S. 经审查，该Dubo团伙以唐某、伍某为首，组织严密，分工明确，参赌人员众多，最多时参赌人员达四十余人。为逃避警方打击，组织者唐某和伍某在两路一带多个地方设置Dubo窝点，采取“打一枪换个地方”的“策略”，每个窝点聚赌时间不超过两天，而且每次变换聚赌地点均由唐伍两人临时通过电话单线联系参赌人员，导致专案组前两次抓捕行动落空。# E% H/ F& I% L5 J# j; g% C8 k
: S) X4 P2 B2 q0 b3 b目前，该团伙首犯之一唐某已被刑事拘留。抓捕时由于不在现场而漏网的伍某被上网追逃后，迫于强大的政策压力，也于近日投案自首。其余参与Dubo及为Dubo提供条件的20余名涉案人员也受到相应的行政处罚。 |
