比推消息，根据周一发布的一份声明，加密货币大宗经纪公司 Falcon Labs, Ltd. 因注册违规问题与美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）达成和解，这是此类案件的首例。
CFTC表示，Falcon Labs 是一家“促进客户在各种数字资产交易所进行交易的中介机构”，Falcon Labs 应该在该机构注册为期货佣金商（FCM）。
CFTC 表示，周一的命令是“针对未注册 FCM 的首次行动，该 FCM 不适当地为数字资产交易提供便利。” Falcon Labs 没有承认或否认 CFTC 的调查结果，并被勒令支付超过 170 万美元的罚款。
根据 CFTC 的命令，在 CFTC 对币安提出指控后，Falcon Labs 自愿修正了收集客户信息的方式，并更新了“了解你的客户”（KYC）政策。
