) V9 g* u5 l! g+ P! u" D7 e2010年1月20日，新加坡娱乐场“圣淘沙名胜世界”正式宣布营业，不久之后，新加坡首次撕下了Dubo禁令，开放了新加坡首座合法DC。为了吸引更多来自全世界的Dubo玩家，新加坡大玩优惠牌，并把税收调制到全球最低，定在15%左右。新加坡官员还表示，DC是为了让外国人花钱的，不欢迎本国居民。也就是说在新加坡，博彩产业只是ZF赚取外汇的一种手段。为此，ZF为DC还制定了独特的规则：外国游客可以免费入场，新加坡公民和永久居民必须每次支付100新元的高额门票。, X( `4 c' l- ]

其实开放博彩产业是新加坡ZF深思熟虑之后作出的决定，目的是希望通过博彩产业可以吸引更多的游客前来新加坡以至于给新加坡的经济发展注入新的活力。新加坡ZF曾经在南部旅游区建设两座大型市内DC，总耗资30亿美金。这么多年新加坡一直否定开放博彩产业的建议，但现在ZF考虑到旅游的竞争机制，这个建议最终通过了。4 B2 I, B9 J& P
7 g4 B) N. n) K( s. L% j据相关数据表明，在博彩产业的刺激下，去年新加坡的旅游量达到了历史新高1160万人次，大多是来自亚太地区。天朝内地，澳大利亚，印尼和印度的游客就占了53%. 在博彩产业被纳入经济主流之后，2010年新加坡的经济总量就增加了14.7%并一跃成为亚洲增速最快的经济体。 |
