12人敲诈游戏室 不给封口费告你搞Dubo

称游戏室内有Dubo机，如果不掏钱，就向警方举报。12个被告人，在10天时间内多次以此为由，敲诈成都一家商场内的游戏室经营者，获赃6.8万元。昨日记者获悉，日前，金牛法院一审以敲诈勒索罪，分别判处12名被告人5年至9个月不等的有期徒刑。# j$ X& b5 E& ~) d6 o) A7 Z
法院审理查明，2009年4月20日，被告人罗斌、张长德等人喊来被告人侯伟共同作案，电话联系到位于成都市金牛区一家商场里的游戏室经营者张君(化名)。电话中他们称，这个游戏室里面有Dubo机，要想他们不去向警方举报，就得“拿钱封口”。这几人以此为理由，向张君勒索钱财。当天下午5点过，双方约在成都一家茶楼内见面，侯伟再次对被害人进行要挟，这期间，被告人刘飞等人也纷纷赶到现场。最终，几人一共勒索张君28000元，后分赃。- \$ S& Y0 ~/ Q/ I! {
尝到了“甜”头，罗斌、张长德又起了歹心，在第一次勒索成功后，仅仅过了5天，两人找来同伙，又以相同的理由找到张君，敲诈他的钱财。当天，他们又找来刘俊等人共同参与，电话联系上张君进行要挟。接着，刘俊等人还专门到这家电子游戏室查看情况。当双方约定见面后，张君又只得掏出15000元“封口费”，后被这几人分赃。' J# c, m8 x; _* h& p; S' o5 o
一个星期之后，罗斌、张长德又找来几个人，这其中有两人是成都某大学的大专生。他们以同样的理由，要挟张君，其中两人与张君相约见面，勒索对方25000元，他们还写下了不再到这家游戏室玩耍的保证。拿到钱后，就在逃离的途中，张君将其中一人抓获，扭送到公安机关，而另一人携赃款25000元逃脱。第二天，张长德到公安机关投案自首，后涉案人员悉数归案。案发后，部分涉案人员退出了分到手的赃款。5 e* K ?- r5 R5 h, G1 x# p
