# ?; X5 c3 B8 N7 m! t2 V- T“健康彩票”是德斯蒙德投资2000万英镑推出的，由其旗下的北方壳牌公司负责发行。每售出一张彩票（面值1英镑），将有约20.34便士用于慈善事业。一经上市，便有一些社会组织反对，他们认为，根据彩票法，彩票每销售1英镑，至少有20便士用作公益，而国家彩票每销售1英镑就有28便士用作公益。“健康彩票”既然标榜做慈善，就应拿出多一些资金用于公益，或至少应与国家彩票持平。因此，他们认为“健康彩票”的发行人有欲为己谋取私利的嫌疑。
