/ B" [1 e0 J& l" Y) A/ R2 o(星岛日报 报道)在内地收紧澳门 自由行签证和金融海啸双重打击下，澳门旅游业面对严峻挑战。澳门旅游业界人士透露，澳门ZF研究在年底前推出一系列「救市措施」，包括将旧城区变身为美食夜市，又举办嘉年华会，增加旅游项目，另外又扶助航空公司开拓新航?，广纳客源；并与香港整合旅游路?，期望推动港澳游互动双赢。/ n. t( O5 h: |# V

内地收紧澳门自由行签证后的首个十•一黄金周，澳门有约四十一万名内地访客，较香港有四十八万名内地访客为少，但升幅仍较香港高。而访澳内地旅客当中，内地团急跌三分之一，但自由行旅客有增长，整体旅客仍有一成升幅。但有澳门旅游业界人士指出，在金融海啸席捲全球下，旅客消费明显谨慎，有手信店及餐饮业表示，生意已经下跌两成。5 y6 a, Q( \8 w* e$ ~! X7 }
冀延长旅客停留时间7 H8 K9 O" v( @& x0 R. H
面对旅客增幅放缓和旅游消费可能下跌，澳门旅游界亦急谋对策，计画开拓更多客源，除了内地旅客，重点是香港人和东南亚旅客。澳门旅游界人士指出，首要是延长旅客停留时间，由现时一点一至一点二日，期望延长至停留两日。
( ^: I* Z7 E& l7 g0 {4 H* ~! _2 } 据了解，澳门ZF将在年底推出挽救澳门旅游界的「救市措施」，其一是将旧城区包装成美食夜市，例如在十六浦附近的旧唐楼，变成类似巴塞隆拿 的旧城发展，当中包括一些知名食肆，让旅客按地图畅游澳门找寻地道美食。最初构思这方桉的澳门渔人码头主席周锦辉指出，这方桉绝对可行，但旧区保育或会有居民阻力，需要法例支持，或要解决方桉。

0 ~, M) ^6 P2 u6 w p 针对澳门欠缺旅游景点，澳门研究举办更多嘉年华，据悉年底将在威尼斯人有一个大型嘉年华活动。另外，由于黄金周期间每日一百四十团东南亚团由澳门到香港旅游，为开拓客源，另一招救市方桉就是扶助航空公司开拓内地二三?城市及东南亚等其他城市航?，争取客源。
# I8 v# o) }, r! `4 k) r 澳门立法议员周锦辉指出，在旅游环境艰难之时，现时是「冷静期」，必要动动脑筋，想想如何搞活澳门旅游。他说，港澳两地并不是竞争，两地ZF和业界不应「各有各做」，而应互相整合行程和观光路?，强化两地优势，在港珠澳桥开通后，可加强区域旅游地位。
