彩市再现弃奖？镇江566万兑奖期限仅剩15天

8月中旬，江苏福彩在短短8天内先后出现双色球1000万元、“6+1”500万元两大弃奖，令人扼腕。近日，当地再次传出弃奖危机，镇江1注566万多元巨奖过了45天仍然无人认领。
r- X. G7 B5 b& c 8月1日，福彩双色球第10088期在全国中出14注566万多元一等奖，江苏省南京和镇江彩民幸运分享了其中的2注。镇江的一等奖出自丹阳界牌镇界牌路123号32110649福彩投注站，中奖彩票是一张机选的5注10元单式票，出票时间为8月1日17时37分51秒。南京的中奖者在开奖第2天就领走了巨奖，而镇江丹阳这位566万多元的中奖者至今仍然未到江苏省福彩中心兑奖。3 c* b! n$ b( Y. v) Q; j
按照《彩票管理条例》，彩票兑奖的期限是60天，也就是说，此张中得566万多元的中奖彩票兑奖期限只剩下15天了，如果这位幸运儿未能在9月29日24时之前领奖，大奖将成为弃奖，奖金将悉数滚入彩票公益金。
: B; }/ U4 V/ w 据中奖投注站销售员李女士介绍，由于在站点购买双色球的彩民非常多，而且这位彩民采用了最大众化的购彩方式，用随机的方式选择了5注号码，这样的彩民很多，实在是一点印象都没有，而且界牌镇紧靠着常州，不知究竟是什么地方的彩民。在中奖的第二天，站点门前拉起了“彩虹门”，挂起了庆贺广告牌，还燃放了鞭炮，贴出了大红喜报，“当时还挺轰动的，这些举动也是提醒中奖彩民快点去兑奖！”李女士说，“可是真没想到，这中奖彩民会这么糊涂还没兑奖！”7 y' J: f3 w, P( o. p, k+ \
此前，江苏省福彩中心共寻找了三位巨奖得主，其中无锡的1000万元中奖者看到了各媒体找寻千万元中奖者的报道，才想起找到彩票核对，领奖时距离中奖之日已经29天。令人遗憾的是，双色球第10069 期苏州昆山1000万元和福彩“6＋1”第10072期南京浦口500万元的一等奖最终成为了弃奖，弃奖奖金全部进入了彩票公益金。 |
