3 j6 |6 A3 d F通过40天的侦查，由刑侦、网安、信通等部门组成的“2·3”专案组，梳理出超级股东、股东、总代理等涉案人员60余名，确定了以高某（男，31岁，本市朝阳区人）和王某（男，32岁，本市宣武区人）为首的两个犯罪团伙。$ ? Q# i9 F# G- m9 c* A+ v% W; V+ ?

3月13日晚，百余名民警兵分十余路，对涉案人员进行集中抓捕。先后在宣武、海淀、朝阳、丰台、东城等地，将高某、王某等20名犯罪嫌疑人抓获，查获涉案电脑20余台、汽车7辆等作案工具，收缴赃款人民币10万余元、港元2万余元。' a* @+ j, K2 j3 \& y, F2 {

主要犯罪嫌疑人交代，自2009年2月以来，以某境外互联网DB网站为平台，组成犯罪团伙。他们设置足球比赛DB等网络DC，发展吸引众多“会员” 参赌投注，仅2010年2月投注量就高达1.7亿元。犯罪嫌疑人逐级、分别按照一定比例从中抽头，涉案总金额高达数亿元人民币，获赃款数额巨大。' G! k! h; p: A. ~0 M5 u

严打世界杯赌球

/ N L& b1 T) s! K北京警方表示，在严厉打击黄赌毒等社会丑恶现象专项行动中，加大了对DB特别是网络DB违法犯罪活动的打击力度。今年以来共破获此类案件100余起，抓获涉赌人员300余名，刑事拘留160余人。

针对开赛在即的南非世界杯，北京警方制定了打击赌球行为的工作计划，并已开始有针对性地对网络赌球等违法犯罪行为进行打击。
