& p" d9 V$ v8 P6 E! T; m[font=宋体]今年8月，在勐海居住的陈师傅到公厕上厕所，无意间看到里面一张写着贩卖Dubo作弊器的小广告，上面写着“逢赌必赢”等颇具诱惑力的词语。陈师傅激动了一下，原来，他在勐海经营农场，平时好赌，时间久了，输的钱也越来越多，看到有这样的“高科技”，怎能不激动呢？[/font]5 `& ~- P# s- b* h% I
[font=宋体]之后，陈师傅找到朋友甘某、何某等，商量购买作弊器一事，并照广告上的号码联系上卖方宋某。[/font]0 c( y$ w) U) Y$ B5 k
[font=宋体]9月1日，陈师傅等人赶到昆明，到官渡古镇附近看货，并谈好18000元一台，可当他们表示要演示机器时，宋某称放机器的地方没有电源，无法演示。[/font]

[font=宋体]就在这时，房间里冲出10余名手持钢管等凶器的男子，要求陈师傅等人跪下，并交出身上财物，不听就用钢管暴打。[/font]
