Seyffart认为，SEC可能没有足够的空间来质疑以太坊的归类，如果SEC将以太坊视为证券，SEC可能会被告上法

贝莱德等7家机构在去年相继向SEC提交了以太坊现货ETF的申请，目前，SEC对VanEck、ARK21Shares和
( b/ x1 [) P/ B$ IHashdex以太坊现货ETF的最终审批决定期限为2024年5月，其他申请则在接下来的几个月内。9 e2 V! q3 _9 G" s n. m' p. T
然而，在此之前，SEC必须决定是否批准比特币现货ETF，目前市场正屏息以待SEC是否会在1月10号期限前放行
