据《彭博》今(1)日消息，法官已命令Kraken提供美国国税局要求的加密货币年交易额达到2万美元以上的账户信息，以便该机构查税。

) |8 p' h4 u: {7 ?Kraken此前质疑该机构的传票是「不合理的寻宝活动」，认为国税局已经远远超出了美国地方法院法官约6年前在Coinbase类似案件中设定的界限，要求法院让国税局停止其调查。

& T$ h8 e+ ]: W5 F L" K& g但今日的裁决显然站在ZF那一边，旧金山联邦法院法官Joseph Spero指示Kraken注册公司Payward Inc.交出符合条件账户之用户姓名、出生日期和纳税人识别号码、地址、电话号码、电子邮件地址、一些文件和交易帐本。但不同意国税局要求的有关用户就业、净资产、财富来源以及Kraken反洗钱调查的信息。
