在冠军家注册有两年多时间了，一直都能正常存提款，信誉提款速度各方面都让我十分满意。

她叫我重新申请提款，没过多久提款又被退回，备注上写要我加上开户银行的城市。

我当时提出质疑这2年我一直都这样正常提款到账的何必多此一举，她说这是公司新规定，好吧，那我只能照做。
