进入《征途》的游戏界面。在一个名为“功勋符地图”的游戏地图中，上百位玩家正聚在一起，准备参与一个押数字大小的游戏。记者看到，在游戏场景中的地面上，0到9十个数字依次排列在地面上，玩家可以选择自己认为将由系统开出的数字，用自己的功勋符押注，获取最大10倍的回报。& w$ Z7 O8 h% q v, p
: x* f6 T( y( D7 r: Y* X 根据游戏规则，0到4为小数字，5到9为大数字，玩家也可以选择单独押大小，如果押中，可以获得两枚功勋符作为回报。但是如果没有押中，玩家将失去功勋符。在记者观看沈先生游戏过程中，不断有玩家参与其中，屏幕上也不时显示某位玩家押中数字，获得金币奖励的信息。“这不就是娱乐城中常见的‘赌大小’嘛，玩法基本一致。”沈先生说。

5 ^1 `, R4 k0 I( T* q 那么，是什么原因，让玩家们热衷于押数字的游戏呢？沈先生告诉记者，在《征途》游戏中，玩家的角色想要升级，主要是靠获得功勋符，而功勋符是需要玩家购买游戏点卡后，换成游戏中虚拟的金子，用金子来购买。按照游戏中的设定，一个功勋值大约折合成人民币8角。& H- c4 u4 x8 B5 m `

游戏中另一个让玩家趋之若鹜的内容是开宝箱来获得角色所需要的武器等装备，开宝箱需要钥匙，一把钥匙的价格与功勋符一致，并且二者可以互相兑换。玩家可以在押数字的游戏里赢得更多的功勋符，兑换成钥匙后去开宝箱。沈先生表示，如果不想花钱，每天完成游戏中的任务，也可以获得少量的银子，但想要升级、买好装备根本没有可能。3 A6 ]4 k+ ^% V9 l& A) b/ U

可能是出于应对玩家质疑的目的，在游戏地图中，还设有一位法律顾问解释押数字的游戏是竞猜，而不是Dubo。游戏解释称，按照天朝法律规定，同时具备四个要素才构成Dubo：二人以上参与以盈利为目的，以一定钱财为赌注，互赌输赢的是对方钱财，赌资数额较大。而押数字的游戏以休闲娱乐为目的，不具备Dubo的要素。6 I% a" b7 O n
0 o" w9 K! d0 n' c 《征途》的客服人员也否认押数字的游戏属于Dubo，称这个解释就是公司对游戏性质的解释。而对于玩家在其他网站交易钥匙获取钱财，并非他们所能控制，“在我们的游戏中，装备、钥匙都不能变成现金。”

+ J6 z6 m% S4 _" |; r; L 北京邮电大学网络法律研究中心的刘德良主任认为，针对《征途》游戏对Dubo的解释，有两点值得商榷。一是虽然游戏中不以钱财为赌注，但功勋符等筹码是要用钱购买的，“就好比有些人打麻将，用扑克当筹码，事后再换回钱一样。”二是虽然输赢的不是玩家的钱财，但玩家输掉的功勋符，都被游戏公司收走，游戏公司的角色类似于庄家。 b8 x' @" a# v. K. U" |
