8月22日，宁夏回族自治区中宁县公安局通报会上透露：当15.9万元被网络诈骗后，受害人代某难以承受心理压力自杀身亡。中宁县警方经过一个月追击， 跨北京、福建、广东等省市，首破特大网络诈骗案，同时侦破诈骗案件10余起，并追回赃款18万余元。网络诈骗原本只是“谋财”，但现在竟然到了“害命”的 地步，不能不令人警醒。

# A& O8 W: _* M( n8 N/ {' |& t3 |- I宏阳：从案情 来看，今年7月23日，家住中宁县城北街的代某已经到县公安局刑警大队报案：她在网上获知，只要付费就可以猜中天朝福利彩票双色球的中奖号码，于是先后在 7月16日至22日，分4次给对方账户打入15.9万元。短短一周之内就被骗走这么多钱，除了本人性格单纯、容易轻信之外，诈骗者的狡猾也是一个原因。我 们看到，这位女子付出的费用包括“信息咨询费”、“技术培训费”、“专家开口费”等等，这么多的花样很容易给人错觉，令人放松警惕，结果上当受骗。' [+ z+ _( {& ~4 Z" `% s9 L

! O/ n/ O3 u( b$ P3 }% J宏阳：发生这样的事情，第一选择就是到公安局报案。但遗憾的是，这位女子本来已经报了案，民警也进入了对案件侦查的阶段，但在7月24日，在中宁县城一 招待所内有人发现代某尸体。警方现场勘查认为，代某系心理压力过大，服药自杀了。更加令人扼腕的是，专案组民警分组行动，异地奔波，很快将犯罪嫌疑人抓 获，并从其家中追回18万余元诈骗赃款和银行卡等物品。但此时，这位女子已经被网络诈骗夺去了生命。! ?8 m6 f/ L2 n- V
