青年挖补彩票“中奖”骗钱 警方排查后捉拿归案

近日，安福县城铁井路彩票投注站经营业主李某和江西省体彩中心安福站主任闵某来到平都派出所报案，称在刚刚例行的中奖彩票扫描印证过程中出现了4张不同寻常的彩票，票面显示明明是中了奖，但用专业扫描仪检测却并未中奖，而且经营业主已经兑付了这4张彩票的中奖奖金，因此怀疑是有人用假彩票来骗取钱财。民警立即对报案人提供的可疑彩票进行了仔细的甄别，结果发现这些彩票上均有挖补的痕迹。

根据李某的叙述，彩票是以不记名的形式出售，所以购买人的姓名、家庭住址等相关信息均不详，只知道是一名20岁左右的男青年所为，这给民警的侦破工作带来了一定的难度。李某不经意间的一句话引起了民警的注意，这名嫌疑人留有一头很长的黄头发且发型独特。由此民警判断：该男子很可能是理发店的员工。民警就此展开了全面的摸排调查，一位理发店的店员刘某终于浮出了水面。 + J1 O% l- y9 w: |$ o! q# U: l

5月20日民警得到消息，销声匿迹了近一个月的刘某在理发店出现。在证据面前，刘某终于缓缓地低下了头，对其变造彩票的经过供认不讳。 ! ]: Z2 D- V3 S9 c
! x/ p3 k. ]" O, c& P; E原来，刘某近期迷恋上了买彩票，但苦于运气不佳，一次次地投入，未取得任何“回报”，本就手头拮据的刘某便动起了歪脑筋，自作聪明地想通过改动彩票的方式来骗取中奖金额，他用理发师专用的刮胡刀将中奖所需的数字从一张彩票上挖取下来，再用502胶粘贴在另一张彩票上，理发师精巧的手工果然骗过了彩票投注站业主。目前，刘某已被行政拘留。 |
