欧洲国家杯距开锣还有一个月，香港《经济日报》报道，香港辅导机构预料赌风加剧，期间求助较上届升一成；有学者估计赛事可令本年度足球博彩投注额，升至破纪录的逾410亿元。- U: W$ T, S2 H

4 ~' h2 C1 V( U. w- Z* J+ r随着欧洲各地联赛踏入尾声，香港本地赌波(赌球)求助个案近月也有上升趋势。有社工指，在连场大战炽热气氛下，因赌波求助的个案，由今年1月17宗，升至4月的22宗。由于香港赌波合法化在今年踏入第9个年头，根据以往经验，一般赌徒变成病态赌徒的周期约10年，因此最严重的情况，很可能在本届赛事中出现。辅导机构预料，欧国杯赛事展开后，预计求助个案会较上届(2008年)增加至少1成。$ l4 s$ ]5 h5 h3 }6 i
+ k6 D7 i* S% y- D& q. ?另外，近年足球博彩投注额屡创新高，上年度已升至逾397亿元，研究Dubo政策的理工大学专家认为，受欧国杯热潮影响，本年度足球博彩投注额料升至少5%，增至逾410亿元。
