深圳宝安区西乡街道某彩票销售点工作何某(女，28岁)，因为自己的工作失误将客人提供的号码给打错了，使这位彩民与18万元奖金失之交臂。为了弥补这位彩民的损失，何某经利用其在彩票销售人员的职务之便，在半个多月的时间内盗打金额高达199万元的彩票。近日，罗湖区人民检察院以挪用资金罪对女犯罪嫌疑人何某批捕。4 ~* v5 D4 K4 u+ n( w" t$ B
犯罪嫌疑人何某系宝安区西乡街道某彩票销售点的员工，其公司总部位于罗湖。今年2月11日，有一名彩民来到何某的彩票销售点购买福彩3D彩票，因该彩民购买的彩票较多，何某在打印彩票时打错了其中一张彩票的一个号码，交接时当时双方均未发现这一情况。2 M5 r6 V3 ?, t- l% w9 r
当天晚上，该彩民发现自己选择的其中1注号码竟中了18万元的大奖，但仔细比对之后，却发现该彩票的号码竟然被何某打错了。第二天一大早，彩民就找何某与其理论，自知理亏的何某鬼使神差答应赔偿给该彩民18万元彩票。与此同时，何自己也私下从彩票店打出彩票，祈望能中大奖以弥补自己的损失。
3 N: [: U) k" W: a+ S3 M9 k 2月底，何某不知不觉从销售点私下打出了199万元彩票。2月29日，其盗打彩票之事败露。经核查，何某私下打印的199万元彩票中，仅有一次中了20万元，另一次中了5万元，虽然这些中奖奖金均填补入账，但其仍欠174万元资金无法归还。
