中新网9月20日电 据台湾“今日新闻网”报道，面对台湾运动彩券发行以来第一遭被揭发的弊案丑闻，台湾体育主管部门相关负责人陪同运彩科技公司总经理翟小璧召开记者会。翟小璧当场表示，已向富邦金控口头请辞并获准；遗缺将由台北富邦银行副总经理洪主民接任。

运彩科技公司前襄理林昊缙19日投案，在检警的侦讯中坦承犯行；检警指出，[b]林昊缙在警讯中对所涉犯行坦承不讳，并供称原本预料一般民众不会在刚比赛完，马上就购买下一场运彩，所以才会利用这“黄金两分钟”偷天换日，岂料就是因为有人买到“过期彩券”，因而使得全案东窗事发。[/b]+ H6 M+ D* [4 g' A! H

检警表示，经调查后发现，林昊缙以“再度重售方式”利用“黄金2分钟”教唆吴姓女友至彩券行等候，等到开启重售后，即以已中奖的比数投注彩券；由于每次开启时间仅两分多钟，因此很难被投注站发现，林昊缙也因此利用职权签中运动彩券3次“大三元”、4次“大四喜”。而她的吴姓女友也在下午2时许，在律师的陪同下，赴刑事局投案进行侦讯。

而眼见运彩弊案风暴越演越烈，彩券商为了要替自己的事业讨回公道，也齐聚“立法院”进行陈情；因为公益彩券的公信力被质疑，会直接使得消费者的购买信心受到严重冲击。因此，有部分彩券业者已考虑要对北富银提出求偿。
