8月28日上午，天朝(长春)首届彩票收藏展及交流研讨会藏品拍卖会使得本次研讨会热烈氛围达到了高潮，拍卖总成交额7560元，共拍卖35件藏品，随着拍卖会的结束，本次收藏展及交流研讨会圆满落幕。: x$ L( H/ |) \: i7 F& ?/ Y( d
拍卖会上，参展的新天朝第一枚彩票“蓝精灵”成为是此次拍卖会上的最高拍价品，最终以成交价1200元落槌。该品被一名来自上海排位36号的赵先生拍得。赵先生说：“自己从2008年才开始收藏彩票，因为觉得现在彩票的设计和印刷质量都有提高，而且越来越好看，所以就就开始痴迷集彩。”! v) u9 g1 z" u8 {! Z
记者了解，1988年我国发行了“蓝精灵”福利彩票，编号01-01-8801，面值1元，属即开型刮开式彩票。因彩票覆盖膜技术不过关，终止发行，故存世量稀少，市价不菲。此前，该款“蓝精灵”彩票中的另一枚曾在河南郑州的彩票收藏展上以1700元拍价成为标王。/ K. f0 c: I+ K2 y
此次活动不仅在收藏展区设有四个专题板块：红色、精品、古典和长春，福利彩票、体育彩票都有展示，而且还在拍卖活动中也为参展彩票开展评奖，评出特等奖1个和一等奖2个、二等奖4个和三等奖7个。
+ _: f, q9 S1 X2 Y 承办方长春市彩票协会秘书长陈庆和表示，虽然举办这样的活动长春尚属首次，在很多地方还显现出经验不足，需要多学习多做改进，但此次交流会的成功举办不仅达到了主办方中彩中心彩工委和承办方的预期目的，开拓了诸多第一，而且对长春也具有深刻意义。在长春市民看来，大家不仅感觉这样的活动非常新颖，而且活动中展出的藏品也是很多人从来没有见过和不知道的，尤其开到明、清以及民国时期的彩票使人深受教育，感叹：“没想到彩票也有这么深的内涵和历史背景。”加深了对彩票的认识。
