% f. e% k1 T/ Q* A, Z0 Q# I+ s6 i2 {2 y[font=Verdana] 博彩企业员工协会昨举办“威尼斯人权益问题座谈会”，与会者担心该博企“秋后算帐”，现场谢绝拍摄。有与会庄荷表示，若拉斯维加斯集团融资不成要减薪，相信各员工也无话可说，但其转头却在新加坡发展赌业，明显违反合约，质疑ZF为何不停止其赌牌运作，让其任意妄为？同时该集团的赌收至今仍可观，却推出减薪方桉，且向前线、薪酬不高的员工开刀，令人反感。对于外界经常指庄荷薪酬偏高，他则指“十多年前在澳娱收取三千元人工，三年后可买屋、担起一头家，而家我哋扌豆万几文，连首期都畀唔起，人工点算高？”[/font]

% O9 i' U- u, N[font=Verdana] 也有与会庄荷认为，外围经济不好，公司要减薪无可厚非。不过，对于公司“肥上瘦下”的减薪措施则大感不满，“点解公司淨係向基层员工开刀而不一视同仁？若然高层一齐减薪，相信不会有太多的反对声音。”同时“为何要有两个区域经理夹住自己上去，或到赌厅内签同意书，然后仲要加句：‘快啲签，否则后果自负’，唔係话三十号先係期限？我哋仲有得考虑咩？”与会者一致强调，公司应与员工良性沟通，否则不接受减薪方桉，同时只能接受减薪百分之十。
