据体彩中心透露，不少中体彩大奖彩民都会进行捐赠，其中中奖100万以上的，基本上都进行了捐赠，捐款金额从几万到十几万不等。目前重庆捐赠最多的，是2008重庆长寿彩民一人独中8234万元的大乐透全国第一巨奖纪录后，捐赠出100万元。
