位于北京大兴区编号为14009的体彩投注站内，已经从事多年彩票经营的业主胡艳正在为埋头分析走势图的彩民们准备去暑的冰水。凑上前去，记者意外地发现彩民手中的中奖号码走势图原来是业主胡艳特意为彩民印刷制作的，每期号码都清晰可见跃然纸上。胡艳骄傲地对记者说：“这是我们鑫兴之家彩票店自费为彩民朋友制作的，有了它彩民对自己选中的号码会更有自信。”

已经营多年的鑫兴之家体彩投注站在所在社区中算是最大，设备最齐全的投注站了。两台电视、几张可以围坐探讨的大桌子，以及挂满整墙的数据分析图和随手传阅的中奖号码走势图，这些都是业主胡艳为彩民提供的。胡艳表示：“经营彩票站点这么多年，算是比较了解彩民的想法，知道他们的需求，只要能让彩民觉得方便有用，我这里能提供的绝对不会含糊。”7 \4 S; S0 n9 f$ w/ z
不止这些，胡艳本人也是个爽快人。据销售员小冯(化名)介绍，彩民们有时会比较忙没时间去彩票中心兑奖，经常会有直接来本店兑奖的。小数额的没问题，不过遇到几千块几万块的彩票就会心有余悸。然而每当遇到这种情况，在打电话告知老板时，老板却从没表现出过怀疑和犹豫，依然会决定为彩民垫付兑奖。正是这样的真诚博得了彩民们的信任，投注站的回头客越来越多，彩民们拿到兑奖的现金后，都会伸出大拇指向我赞叹：“你家老板是个爽快人啊！”

业主胡艳可谓是个环保人士，这一点在她经营的点点滴滴中得以体现。为避免投注单不必要的浪费污染，胡艳制订了“投注单绿色利用”的店规，她经常会把没有完全使用过的投注单挑选出来单独放置，当前来投注的彩民告诉销售员所需的投注数量时，销售员会将相匹配没有用完的投注单递给彩民使用，以保证投注单的不浪费。胡艳还发现，在销售彩票过程中，很多彩民当期选定的号码在下期还会重复使用的现象时有发生，所以特地嘱咐销售员，让彩民投注后，顺便询问彩民投注单是否需要保存以便下次继续使用，以确保投注单的二次使用，减少浪费污染。8 I- D4 A" q, e, q6 W2 F5 y w
