随着彩票市场的逐渐升温和彩民队伍的不断壮大，各种以彩票中奖为幌子的诈骗案也开始增多，而受骗者多为外来工。彩票发行管理机构提醒广大彩民提高警惕避免上当。
`8 G: h' m+ O 从贵州到佛山打工的潘先生拿着一张据称“中了5万元的双色球彩票”，兴高采烈地来到佛山福彩中心兑奖时，却被工作人员告知这是一张假彩票。不仅钱没拿到，还差点被追究诈领奖金的法律责任。! u. K; w) m$ T1 ]* D, _& Z
潘先生告诉福彩中心工作人员，他是从一位刚认识不久的“朋友”手中得到这张假彩票的。那人声称自己中了双色球5万元，但因为没有身份证无法兑奖,所以愿意把彩票交给潘先生代为领奖，奖金拿到后两人平分,但前提是潘先生要交出100元作为抵押。
/ l0 o: `5 O2 Y* u 工作人员验票后告诉潘先生：“这张彩票是在大沥盐步平地的一个彩票销售点花了4元钱买的两注号码，其中1注号码的确与上一期的中奖号码相符，但开奖日、期数等就是通过挖补修改等手段造假的。”工作人员把假彩票放在灯光下照射，就发现开奖日期3月6日涂改为3月8日。潘先生恍然大悟，“朋友”一定是抱着试试看的心态来骗奖的，为安全起见，就叫潘先生来做替死鬼。或者，“朋友”仅仅是为了骗他那100元。不管如何，他都是被利用了。潘先生愤怒地打这位“朋友”的手机，此时电话已关机。8 z) D/ B" q2 j
据佛山市福彩中心介绍，以往佛山市一年才发生三五起彩票诈骗案，而今年春节至今就发生了二十余起。常见的假彩票诈骗手法主要有四种：一是请求被骗者帮忙兑奖，许诺一定报酬；二是找各种借口称无法办理兑奖，希望低价转让彩票；三是利用老年人身份进行诈骗，四是利用生意合作伙伴进行诈骗。
& a* X/ R& }, y; E G! \ 从佛山发生的案件来看，受害者多是对彩票不熟悉，社会经验较少的外来务工人员，受骗金额从100元到5000多元不等。温馨提示：三种方法识别假彩票# T7 O' e/ _, k& n5 ?
1、看有无涂改挖补痕迹。
* t+ M# ]: j- h( h" Y 有些假彩票是对真彩票上的一些重要数字，如期数、号码等进行涂改。对于采用了挖空和填补的假彩票，只要将彩票反过来对着较强的光线，就可以看到彩票的一些关键位置，比如日期、期数和号码等地方有填补的痕迹。
- N4 c1 ?- B* W) k5 S7 @+ i 2、看重要信息的字体颜色。
) k9 ~- X4 L5 | 真彩票用的是热敏打印机，笔画和旁边的空白地方没有明显的过渡痕迹，而假彩票因为是采用挖补或涂改的，笔画的颜色没有这么均匀，用放大镜可以明显看到粗糙的修改痕迹。
