因为输赢几百块钱，一个老汉搭上了人命，一个小伙被判了死缓。

22岁的宫克强与78岁的唐某都是公主岭市怀德镇某村的农民。2010年3月4日上午，宫克强在怀德镇李某家与唐某等人一同玩“推牌九”。Dubo过程中，宫克强输了300多元，唐某赢了300多元。
7 d% j1 b8 i# Z1 j" o$ I4 u 离开李某家后，手头拮据的宫克强考虑到唐某年老体衰，就产生了伪装后抢劫唐某的想法。回到家后，宫克强换上一件警用大衣，戴上口罩和一顶蓝色帽子，并捡了一根木棒拿在手上。
3 N3 A M/ M( d9 z" v3 |7 O4 u 当日13时许，宫克强守在怀德镇霍家村东侧的乡间路上，待唐某走过去后，突然冲上去用木棒狠狠地打了唐某后脑两下。在将唐某打倒后，宫克强抢走了唐某身上的304元钱。, E3 T! {" w @# E9 r( _/ z
抢钱后被村民抓住1 Y( g8 y5 \! B. d: X
抢完钱后，宫克强就沿着乡路往南跑，被村民李某发现。在看见唐某躺在地上后，李某感觉应该是有人被抢了，就喊来唐某某(唐某的儿子)和佟某等人一起追赶宫克强。很快，躲进一处壕沟内的宫克强被众人抓获，交给了随后赶来的民警。

唐某随后被送往公主岭市中心医院进行抢救。结果，唐某的家人以经济困难、付不起医药费为由放弃了对唐某的手术抢救，致唐某因重度颅脑损伤经救治无效于同年3月8日死亡。4 l! ?1 H: g: d! m- f
劫犯被判死缓
4 M$ i' n0 O- j1 _ K* I# u 四平市中级人民法院近日对本案进行了一审判决。鉴于在救治唐某时未手术抢救等具体情节，最终，四平市中级人民法院以宫克强犯抢劫罪，判处死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺治政权利终身，并处罚金5000元，赔偿唐某家人各项经济损失4.4万余元。 |
