浙江省衢州市某企业出纳卿某在短短一年多的时间里，利用职务便利侵吞单位500多万元资金用于购买彩票。衢州市柯城区检察院近日以涉嫌职务侵占罪对卿某批准逮捕。$ P/ {9 l4 c7 m" n" E3 V
“我每天都提心吊胆地过日子，可是骑虎难下，虽然知道总有一天会出事，就是停不下来。”今年29岁的湖南永州人卿某在看守所里后悔不已。卿某于2006年9月应聘到衢州某企业工作，10月份左右开始担任企业出纳。由于工作失误，做了不到一个月就导致公司账上少了八千元钱。为了弥补损失，卿某利用职务便利私自开了现金支票，从公司账户上取走了四万元钱，其中八千元用于填亏空，剩下的三万二千元都拿去买了彩票。但是没想到买彩票不但没赚到钱，反而越亏越大。
2 p9 \( I7 q& R6 {9 ? 然而，卿某并不死心，他想到公司的银行账户、现金支票和法人章由他一人管理，而且以办业务为名也可以轻而易举地拿到财务印章，需要钱时，自己填好支票盖上章到银行取钱就行了。就这样，卿某从公司账户取的钱越来越多，买彩票也越来越大方，从起初的几百、几千再到几万、几十万。仅2007年一年，卿某就从公司银行账户上取现204万，而这些钱全部被他用于购买彩票。2008年1月开始，卿某觉得每次通过现金支票提现的数额太少，他便用他前女友的身份证办了张银行卡，再从公司账户转账汇钱。也许是钱来得太容易了，卿某的胃口越来越大，2008年1-5月，他先后多次从公司账户转走300多万用于购买彩票，结果血本无归。0 s6 O* |) h- r1 K) \' B5 ~
2008年5月，眼见窟窿越来越大，卿某担心事情败露，便悄悄地离开了公司，南下广东打工。卿某走后，单位新来的出纳与银行对账，发现银行贷出的一笔300万元的贷款在公司账目上没有记录。这时，公司才意识到出事，于是向警方报案。
