据香港商报报道，四年一度的世界杯即将开始，鉴于离岸及非法外围赌波集团会趁机“大做生意”及吸纳新客户，马会将推出连串措施，提醒市民，特别是年轻一代切勿误堕非法DB陷阱，同时呼吁未成年人士应享受“看球不赌球”乐趣。

马会将于世界杯决赛周期间，于各场外投注处内加强展示“有节制博彩政策”的信息，同时亦向新开设投注户口的客户，赠送印有相关信息的原子笔作为开户纪念。此外，更会重点提醒所有前线员工，在投注处入口加强监察，确保未满18岁人士不能进入场外投注处。

/ Z4 U) l1 Z# v' t. I 马会亦首次制作一连四集的公众教育宣传短片，加强社会人士，特别是年轻球迷对非法DB陷阱的警惕。这辑由马会特别制作的“非法DB”特辑，每集为时一分半钟，将透过访问民政事务局常任秘书长杨立门、博彩及奖券事务委员会主席容永祺、马会公司发展事务执行总监麦建华及各小区人士，提醒公众有关非法DB的趋势、因非法DB而衍生的社会问题，以及阐述如何透过执法、公众教育和提供合法博彩途径，三管齐下打击非法博彩活动。 |
