大马ZF查封天策彩站遭遣责 行为疑违联邦法律

近日，马来西亚吉兰丹州Kota Baru市地方ZF突击检查了两家天策经营店铺，并没收了店内的彩票，这在吉兰丹州以及马来西亚全国的华裔社会引起了轩然大波，当地中华商会的领袖以及马国内最大华裔政党“马华公会”纷纷对地方ZF的这一行为做出谴责。+ ~* m+ c2 m; |. B

Goh。会长得知消息后，对Kota Baru市政委员会的这一行为表示强烈的谴责。他表示，这种行为侵犯了当地天策以及所有少数族裔的合法权益。他说：“现任州ZF已经执政20多年，如果出售‘大彩’是违法的，那么 早就会打击并取缔了。而此次的行动没有任何提前通知，是一件临时的任务。”/ x5 o2 S. s: D, b1 S( R

马来西亚最大的天策政党“马华公会”中央委员会委员Datuk Ti Lian Ker得知天策店铺彩票被查封没收之后，公开表示，社会福利彩票是受联邦ZF法律保护的，因此，市政委员会的行为是非法的。他说：“彩票销售受联邦法律的保护，联邦法律允许经营和销售彩票。地方ZF无权搜查扣留彩票。没有任何人可以剥夺联邦法律赋予公民的民事权利。”他还对其他一些州限制天策出售彩票的行为表示质疑。据悉，这一行动与吉兰丹州出台的一项限制广义彩票发行的规定有关。目前，还没有有关被扣彩票以及店主的进一步消息。2 k% b5 b0 i+ ~/ ]! w
