“京山彩民张某，撬开彩票点，盗走450张即开彩票后，潜逃3年被警方从福建押回。”

从本月10日到12日，仅三天时间就有以上这三起和彩票有关的刑事案件见诸报端。如果说这些犯罪分子罪有应得的话，那么4月10日武汉晚报《孝昌女子遗失一张“必中”彩票 精神异常不吃不喝》的报道，更多的则是让人痛心。

3 V$ G1 H+ {2 G( @1 j- _ B* i近年来，关于“是否应该大力发展我国彩票业”的争论从来没有停止过。争论中一个焦点问题就是:“彩票业的发展带来了很多社会问题，甚至很多人因此触犯法律。” 但平心静气地想一想，任何一个行业的发展都会带来这样那样的问题。彩民因彩而痴、而狂、而犯罪，错不在彩票而在彩民的心态。如文中开头提到的这些事件的主角，都有一个共同的特点，就是希望通过买彩票中大奖，只想一夜暴富，不想脚踏实地，最终搞到精神失常甚至不惜走上犯罪的道路。
- ^3 ]4 a2 u/ z; S心理学家和社会学家分析认为，让每个彩民都以造福社会公益或者为体育事业做贡献的心态去买彩票的确很难，很多人希望通过彩票来博取大奖，这可以看成是人之常情，无可厚非。但是，想中奖还要搞清楚彩票的规律，作为彩民最应该了解的就是概率，知道彩票游戏本身就是一个小概率事件。如果概率极低，你还急切盼望中大奖，不中奖就抱怨，甚至发疯，甚至犯罪……这种错误的心态必然导致错误的结局。 |
