去年5月17日，温州龙湾发生一起恶性爆炸案，19人死亡，45人受伤。警方调查发现，这起爆炸案的起因是Dubo纠纷。拖着爆炸物欲炸娱乐城的肇事者在事故中已被炸身亡。5 s& z3 ^. Q# k L& A
0 d- d+ {+ Q9 m5 C 日前，温州市龙湾区人民法院对4个设赌人员作出判决，以开设娱乐城罪判处王某等人六年至六年半不等的有期徒刑，罚金4万元到5万元不等，并没收非法所得。1 _& g' x/ w. m7 z8 Y; d! A8 ]
- W. ]6 B0 _/ O% |6 ? 温州市龙湾区永中街道龙华村，Dubo风很盛。2008年2月底至3月底，王某等人租了村里一个简易棚摆下了娱乐城，“生意”不好一度中断过。同年4月中旬，在林某等人入股后，王某又重操旧业，自己做庄抽头，每天进账少则四五千元，多则上万。

肇事者胡某就是赌徒之一。

@. g" i! m! s L# e 去年5月16日，胡某在Dubo时称下注1100元，赔钱时庄家数钱后发现只有1000元，庄家拒绝赔钱，双方发生纠纷，后庄家只赔给胡某100元。- {- x0 P7 y. ~! s

第二天下午，胡某偷了别人的拖拉机载着一个煤气罐和爆炸物，驶向娱乐城。爆炸在还没有到达娱乐城前就发生了，伤亡人员有赌徒，也有路人。

7 g% r# k& {1 p* z9 z 法院认为，Dubo纠纷与爆炸案之间具有关联性；而王某等人摆设娱乐城聚集多人，在客观上也扩大了爆炸案的危害后果。最后，法院以开设娱乐城罪对四人作出判决。 |
