美国证券交易委员会（SEC）近期放宽了加密货币 ETF 的上市规定，并在周三正式核准灰度数字大盘基金（Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund）的申请。这是美国首个涵盖多种主流加密货币的交易所交易产品（ETP），为市场开出新路。

& m5 z1 e. x- n/ w3 w基金成份为CoinDesk 5 指数（CD5） 所包含的数字资产组成灰度数字大盘基金（Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund）的目标是使其份额的价值（以每股净值 NAV 为基础）能够反映基金所持有的数字资产的价值，此价值依据各资产的数字资产参考价格及其在基金中的权重确定，并扣除基金的相关费用与负债。 8 O6 h6 T2 w( U5 D$ o
自 2022 年 7 月 1 日起，基金成分由 CoinDesk 5 指数（CD5） 所包含的数字资产组成，并会根据指数的定期调整而进行再平衡，但在特定情况下，管理方有权酌情排除某些数字资产。CD5 由 CoinDesk Indices, Inc. 设计与管理（在此作为“指数提供方”）。根据目前官方资料，目前成份包括比特币、以太坊、XRP、Solana以及Cardano。 $ v, \- A6 [, c$ |; y5 T9 \
V/ n- ~$ Z' b! @# X( n8 X5 `SEC大幅缩短审查周期事实上，今年 7 月 SEC 曾暂时中止该基金的上市进程，理由是需要进一步评估。但如今不仅基金顺利过关，SEC 也同步推出新的通用上市规范，允许符合条件的加密货币 ETF 跳过繁琐的19b-4 表格程序，将审查周期从 240 天缩短至 75 天。 这意味着未来可能会出现一大批加密货币 ETF，包括追踪 XRP、SOL，甚至 DOGE 的产品。彭博 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 指出，类似的制度放宽在过去曾让新 ETF 的数量在一年内成长三倍，因此这次也可能在 12 个月内见到超过百档加密货币 ETF 陆续上线。
