澄迈警方捣毁大型Dubo窝点 38名赌徒女子占一半

本报澄迈7月2日电（记者良子摄影报道）6月30日，因聚众Dubo，澄迈4名男子被澄迈检察院批准逮捕。澄迈县公安局治安管理大队联合督察大队、巡警大队、太平派出所等部门日前捣毁了一个大型Dubo窝点，抓获涉赌人员38人，刑事拘留4人、行政拘留26人、治安罚款8人，缴获赌具赌资一批，狠狠打击了Dubo违法犯罪人员的嚣张气焰。
+ E/ v7 k, `9 f7 W) o6月11日下午，澄迈县公安局治安管理大队通过对涉赌警情的调查，发现金江镇太平夏富村委会下坡村有人利用“啤酒机”聚众Dubo，而且人员较多，金额较大，治安管理大队立即将涉赌警情分别向县委常委、县公安局长王雷及分管治安工作的杨健副局长汇报。王雷常委高度重视，指示治安部门立即派出侦查人员进行侦查，火速行动，尽快捣毁该Dubo窝点。
# e. W! j3 L: |% i6 A 接到王雷常委的指示后，杨健副局长立刻从治安、巡警、督察、派出所等部门抽调40余名精干警力组成禁赌小组赶往涉赌现场。通过先前侦查部署,禁赌小组成员兵分两路，一路人马很快将聚赌窝点实施包围，一路人马冲进Dubo窝点。
) D7 t& u8 D% o. ` 据了解，当时的Dubo窝点内，烟雾弥漫，满地烟头；一群男女赌徒正在利用“啤酒机”进行Dubo活动。查赌小组成员出现后，男女赌徒像惊弓之鸟，企图逃离。查赌小组成员早已将Dubo窝点控制得严严实实，赌徒们只好乖乖地束手就擒，其中有一半是女性赌徒。至此，一大型Dubo窝点被彻底捣毁，现场抓获Dubo违法犯罪嫌疑人陈某佐、李某飞等38人，缴获赌资若干、赌具“啤酒机”设备1套。5 k5 w+ L9 e8 }6 p9 g2 m" C. y
经审查，犯罪嫌疑人陈某佐等4人为了谋取利益开设这个DC聚众Dubo，他们组织严密，有人负责记账，有人负责看场管理秩序、招呼客人，并不时更换DC地点以逃避警方的打击。1 M- I; a: c4 Y- b; _3 _
目前，陈某佐等4人因涉嫌聚众Dubo已被澄迈检察院批准逮捕，刑事拘留，其余34名涉赌人员澄迈公安局依照《治安管理处罚法》进行处罚。 |
